If you are feeling depressed, anxious, or simply overwhelmed, working with an experienced and skilled therapist can be enormously helpful. I have over 22 years of experience working with a wide range of clients and concerns. Depression, anxiety, relationships, family issues, self-esteem, and trauma, are some of the issues I help clients with.

I help clients examine their more challenging thoughts and feelings, with compassion and psychological insight, to help restore a sense of well-being. I also utilize mindfulness techniques to shine a light on more sub-conscious assumptions and feelings. By becoming more aware of these assumptions, we can reduce negative patterns and thinking.
